Royal Lamb exists to help people build the healthiest lives they were called and created to live through counseling, coaching, education, wellness, and professional development.

Brandon Jackson
Brandon Jackson is a pastor, executive director, and founder of Sinapi, a person-first development company in Fresno, California, helping everyday people move from a 9-to-5 into entrepreneurship.
His approach begins with one question: What do you actually want to do? He believes lasting businesses require more than plans, websites, and paperwork—they require clarity, character, and a strong foundation. Person first. Soil before seed.
His work grew from a 2016 Young Entrepreneur Summit hosted in his backyard, which sparked businesses, creative careers, and the courage for young entrepreneurs to pursue their ideas. Since then, Brandon has continued walking alongside people as they discover their gifts, build their businesses, and create a future for their families.

Jessica Jackson
Jessica Jackson is a third-culture woman whose experiences across heritage, language, and faith have shaped her passion for helping others embrace their whole story. A Black woman who speaks Spanish and grew up between Catholic and Baptist traditions, she brings a unique perspective to her work as a preacher, teacher, mentor, and leader.
Currently pursuing her M.A. in Ministry, Leadership & Culture at Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary, Jessica is especially passionate about supporting young people navigating multiple cultures, languages, and faith traditions—helping them feel seen, rooted, and confident in who they are.
