Roshanda Washington is a SHRM-CP certified Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience and a passion for people, professional growth, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

Her career began in housekeeping, and through hard work, relationship building, continuous learning, and intentional growth, she advanced into HR leadership. Her journey shaped her belief that where you start does not have to determine where you finish.

Roshanda brings extensive experience in HR leadership, employee relations, talent development, workforce strategy, and supporting employees and leaders throughout the employee experience. She is especially passionate about helping people recognize their strengths, communicate their value, and create intentional career momentum.
